Cancelations/No-Shows

Van is dedicated to providing excellent service and understands that life can be unpredictable. To help manage appointments and ensure everyone receives the attention they deserve, please review the following policy:

  • Cancellation and Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, kindly provide at least 24 hours' notice. This allows Van to accommodate other guests and adjust the schedule as needed.

  • Grace Cancellation: Van offers one Grace Cancellation per calendar year. This exception acknowledges that unexpected events can occur. If a cancellation is made with less than 24 hours' notice and you have already used your Grace Cancellation, a charge of 75% of the service cost will be applied to the card on file.

  • Late Arrivals: Timeliness is important for the best experience. If you arrive more than 15 minutes past your scheduled appointment time, Van will make every effort to extend the service duration if possible. However, if an extension cannot be accommodated, the appointment will be treated as a cancellation.

Media

Van is excited to share the results of his work and the experiences of their guests through social media and marketing channels. To that end, please be aware of the following policy regarding the use of photos and video footage:

  • Media Usage: Van frequently captures photos and video footage of salon services and results for use in social media and marketing content. This helps showcase the quality of work and the atmosphere of the salon.

  • Consent: By signing the consultation form, you agree to allow Van to use any photos or videos taken during your appointment for promotional purposes. This may include, but is not limited to, social media posts, website content, and marketing materials.

  • Minors: For guests under the age of 18, Van will not post any photos or video footage online or marketing purposes without explicit consent from a parent or guardian.

  • Privacy: If you have any concerns about your images or videos being used, please discuss them with Van prior to your appointment. While every effort will be made to accommodate requests, the signing of the consultation form signifies your consent to the use of your images and videos as described.

Re-Do’s

Van is committed to providing you with the highest level of satisfaction and takes great pride in the work he does. If you have any concerns or challenges with your color or style, please let Van know within two weeks of your original appointment. Van does not, under any circumstances, offer refunds.

Here's how Van’s redo policy works:

  • Communication: If you experience any challenges with your hair color or style, please reach out to Van as soon as possible so that he can work with you to resolve them.

  • Time Frame: To ensure that he can provide the best possible service, re-do requests must be made within two weeks of your initial appointment. Unfortunately, there are no redo services available beyond this period.

  • Appointment: Any necessary adjustments will be scheduled based on availability and will be performed at no additional cost to you within the two-week timeframe.
